In order to register for MODELS 2014 / SAM 2014, complete all steps in the registration process. When registration is completed, a confirmation of the registration is sent to the participant by email. If confirmation has not been received within 24 hours after registration, please send  an emai to MODELS 2014 secretariat. All registrations should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fee. • No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Notes: One full registration (i.e., a Non-Student registration) is required for each accepted paper of the main conference by July, 15, 2014. REGISTER AT MODELS 2014 / SAM 2014 here! Registration Fees 21% VAT included Regular registration fees cover: • MODELS conference: lunches and coffee breaks (Wednesday to Friday, Friday without lunch), conference proceedings on USB stick, attendance at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening and the Conference Dinner on Thursday evening. • MODELS satellite events: lunches and coffee breaks (Sunday to Tuesday), attendance at Satellite Event Reception on Monday evening. • SAM conference: lunches and coffee breaks (Sunday to Tuesday), attendance at MODELS satellite events, SAM proceedings, attendance at Satellite Event/SAM Reception on Monday evening. Student registration fees cover: • MODELS conference: lunches and coffee breaks (Wednesday to Friday, Friday without lunch), electronic MODELS proceedings. • MODELS satellite events: lunches and coffee breaks (Sunday to Tuesday), electronic MODELS proceedings. • SAM conference: lunches and coffee breaks (Sunday to Tuesday), attendance at MODELS satellite events. • Student registrations do not include attendance at social events and proceedings. Proof of student status is required upon request. Additional tickets for social events and proceedings: • Additional ticket for Welcome Reception Satellite Events – 40€ • Additional ticket for Welcome Reception Main Conference – 45€ • Additional ticket for Conference Dinner – 90€ • Additional Conference Proceedings (USB stick) - 25€ Methods of payment • By credit card on-line (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express) Please provide the name of the card holder, card type (VISA, AMEX…) card number and the expiration date. • By bank transfer to Viajes Genil, S.A. Please send a copy of the transfer by fax: 0034 902 430 959 or email indicating the congress and the name of the participant. Receipts and special invoices/billing orders After your registration have been processed you will receive a receipt that can be used as proof of registration payment. Nonetheless if you or your organization requires a receipt including fiscal numbers (i.e., VAT Code - European Union) you must formalize this request by sending an email to MODELS 2014 secretariat Cancellation policy The cancellation fee is € 50. No cancellation will be allowed after September 22nd, 2014. To request a cancellation, please write an email to MODELS 2014 secretariat. Substitution of registration is welcome for a € 25 fee. Substitutions are not be allowed after September 22nd, 2014. To request a substitution, please write an email to MODELS 2014 secretariat. All refunds will be processed after the conference is finished.
